Mated to Four Alphas

Chapter 347: I am sorry!

Chapter 347: I am sorry!

Silas’s POV

I know it’s nothing. I am not sure yet if that man was a spy or not. But still, my hands were shaking, and I was feeling nervous, like something bad was gonna happen—but what, I don’t know.

And just then, I feel a touch on my cheeks. I glance at Velric—he had touched my cheeks. His eyes were looking at me happily, and he was smiling too.

"Mumma, are you angry at me?"

"Nope, I am not angry at you, my boy. It’s just that... I think we should leave now," I said and stood up, Velric in my arms.

I noticed Shine and Atlas were looking at me, ’cause they were shocked that I was saying to leave all of a sudden.

"Silas, I will drop you home, ’cause it’s not safe going by taxi." I didn’t refuse, and we left the café.

Once we sat in the car, I told him that I was staying in Damon’s mansion, and Atlas dropped me and Velric there. As I reached home, Kael was already there, sitting on the sofa.

While ignoring him, I was about to go upstairs, taking Velric with me too. But just then—

"Silas." I stopped and turned my head toward him. He was sitting there, looking at me.

"What do you want to say?" I asked.

His eyes started becoming teary, and suddenly he rushed at me and fell on his knees, grabbing my feet. I put Velric down, seeing this.

"Kael, what are you doing? Didn’t we already talk about this last time? So why are you doing this again?"

I said and took a step back, but he was still grabbing my feet, and Velric started crying, seeing Kael cry.

Hic...

"Kael, enough. Seeing you, Velric is also crying."

"Silas, I am such trash. I wasn’t able to do anything at that time too—and even now. I had died and couldn’t save you in the past life, and in this life, I tried to kill you."

My eyes widened, and my heart skipped a beat hearing this.

Does Kael also remember the past life? But how—and from when? If he did, why didn’t he tell me anything?

"I don’t understand what you’re saying, Kael."

"Silas, you don’t know, but there’s something I found out just today. It’s about us and Velric. Velric is our son—yours and we four brothers," Kael said.

Without wasting a moment, I also dropped to my knees, and as I did, Velric grabbed onto my shoulder, looking at Kael with teary eyes.

"Kael, say something—how did you know about the past?"

"Wait, Silas, so you also know? When I was in my studio today and fell asleep, I saw our past life from start to end—and how we died, too. And what happened to our son after all of us died."

He opened his arms wide, looking at Velric. And Velric glanced at me. Even though he had taken a step forward, he was waiting for my permission. And after all, he’s a kid who loves all his parents fairly. That’s why I nodded. And Velric ran into Kael’s arms and hugged him tightly while crying.

"Sob... Papa... Why did you try to hurt Mumma... You’re a baddie."

"I’m sorry for that... Velric, you can give me any punishment. And you too, Silas—I can accept it." Kael’s words sounded serious, even though he was crying.

They both cried for 10 minutes, and I was sitting there in front of them without saying anything, ’cause I knew it—what Kael did to me in this life was wrong. But I still couldn’t forget the Kael who cared about me the most—the one I first met.

Just then, Velric turned his head toward me, and Kael was also looking at me.

"Papa, you’re sorry, right?" Velric asked Kael.

"From the bottom of my heart, I’m regretting what I did."

"Mumma, can you forgive Papa? He’s sorry," Velric asked. Both of their eyes were swollen from crying, but hearing him—

My eyes started to become teary, and I started to cry.

"Kael, I hate you. I hate you so much... Why did you behave so badly with me, when I never did anything to you... hic..." noveldrama

Kael came forward and pulled me into his embrace, wiping my tears, and Velric was hugging both of us. My heart was feeling at ease when I was in his arms. I leaned in, letting my body rest on him.

"WOW! What is this?" A voice startled me and Kael. We both broke the hug and glanced beside us.

Damon and Lysander were standing there. Damon’s eyes looked shocked, and Lysander didn’t have any reaction on his face.

They were standing there, looking at us. Me and Kael were hugging—of course, it must have looked weird, ’cause after all that happened between me and Kael.

But wait—if Kael and I remembered the past, it means these two, and Theron, must have also remembered everything about the past?

I tried to stand up, but I was feeling weak. Kael helped me to stand, and Velric hugged Kael’s legs. Then he picked him up in his arms.

"Oh, Lysander and Damon, you’re here?" I said.

"Yes, we are. But did you two make up?" Damon asked.

I glanced at Kael and Velric before replying. Then I looked at Damon.

"Actually, yes. Kael is sorry for what he did, and it’s Velric’s wish, so I’ve forgiven him."

Hearing me, Damon smiled, stepped forward, and extended his hand to wipe my tears. After that, he took out a handkerchief from his pocket and wiped my nose like I was some kind of kid.

"I’m happy that you’ve forgiven Kael. Silas, I’m also sorry—for his and my behavior. You’re so kind to have forgiven us," Damon said. I smiled at Damon’s words.

I leaned forward into Damon’s arms, and as I did, he wrapped his hands around me.

"Why were you all crying?"

"It’s nothing," I replied.

’Cause it doesn’t seem like Damon and Lysander remember anything about the past life—that’s why I didn’t ask anything either.
