After ruling over Martial City for so long, it was impossible for them not to have many masters of Transcendent Realm.

Ezra let out a chuckle. "It's pretty well known that there are 16 princes. Four of them will be selected annually to guard each city-Denverville, Westville, North City, and Bedford.

"Then, there's the Grand Eunuch, the General of City Guards, the eldest prince, the King, and the powerful Empress.

"Besides them, it isn't clear if there are any hidden masters of Transcendent Realm."

Felix gasped instantly. There were already 21 people who were in the mastery of Transcendent Realm. No wonder the royal family could stand undefeated in Martial City.

They simply had an overwhelming advantage. The so-called major families in the city were already happy to gain a master of Transcendent Realm, yet the royal family...

Andre scoffed again. "Most of them are good for nothing! I can beat at least three of them. As long as the Empress doesn't fall, no one will be able to shake the royal family."
