Please Give Me Another Chance Mrs Hamilton

Chapter 803

The more Brad thought about it, the angrier he became. He was already picturing Nadine and Sebastian being intimate. He desperately wanted to rush through the phone line to kick Sebastian out.

Brad's fury intensified when he noticed that Nadine had wrapped her wet hair with a towel, as if she had just showered. The words that spilled out of his mouth were as harsh as could be, with no regard for the consequences.

Nadine called Sean because she missed him, wanting to video chat with him. But who could have expected that Brad would shamelessly appear on the other end? He was berating her and insinuating that she was having an affair with Sebastian.

How ridiculous.

Brad's words completely infuriated Nadine. She let out a cold laugh. Her lips pressed into a thin line, a sneer curling at the corners of her mouth.

"An affair? Watch your mouth, Brad Hamilton. When you were being intimate with Jean, I didn't say a word. So next time you spout such nonsense, think about yourself first. Sebastian and I are innocent. I don't need you spewing lies.

"If you've got that much free time, why don't you spend it at the orphanage helping out children in need?"

What nonsense was Brad spouting? She and Sebastian had booked two separate rooms, minding their own business. How did it turn into slanderous gossip coming from Brad's mouth?

Fuming with anger, Nadine quickly ended the call and tossed the phone aside, cursing Brad intensely. Despite her rage, she still had work to do.noveldrama

After huffing about Brad, Nadine grabbed a hair dryer and started blow-drying her hair. Her mind was occupied with thoughts about tomorrow's seminar.

The only reason she was here was to attend a lecture by a renowned expert. How did it turn into an affair in Brad's eyes? Besides, she hadn't even had any physical contact with Sebastian. How could he be her lover?

Even if something were to happen between Nadine and Sebastian, what did it have to do with Brad? They were divorced now. He had no right to meddle in her personal life.

Brad, that damn guy. Did he have to stick his nose into everything?

Since they were already divorced, Brad shouldn't be able to affect Nadine's emotions anymore. But this time, she lost control.

Meanwhile, Brad started feeling regret after Nadine hung up. He pressed his throbbing temples and cursed under his breath. Just now, Nadine's words came at him like a machine gun, rattling his heated brain and finally cooling him down. Cóntent

Nadine was single now. Forget being intimate with Sebastian; even if she kissed

and married him, it was none of Brad's business as the ex-husband.

Brad realized he had not only failed to control his emotions but had also said some hurtful things to Nadine. It was indeed excessive.

Letting out a heavy sigh, Brad lit a cigarette and stepped onto the balcony to call Alex. He recounted everything that had just happened.

"I realize now that I might have gone too far. Nadine isn't anything to me anymore.

I have no right to control her, let alone say all those things," Brad said. His words were filled with regret.

Listening on the other end, Alex

couldn't help but laugh. "Brad, you're a natural in the business world. But, you're a complete rookie when it comes to emotions. You like Nadine. You care about her. Why not just tell her outright and let her know? There's no shame in admitting you like her."

Brad took a deep drag of his cigarette, exhaled a thick cloud of smoke, and squinted at the distant night sky.

As the smoke dissipated, he arrogantly retorted to Alex on the other end of the phone. "Nonsense When did ever say I liked Nadine? If she hadn't been clinging to me like a leech, I wouldn't even spare her a glance."
