Kaiden waved dismissively. “Oh, come on. I wasn’t seriously hurt. I’m perfectly fine except for the injury. I’m better now. The doctors said I’ll be discharged in a few days. After that, I just need to rest well at home. By the way, how’s Kason holding up? Has he woken up?”
